Nordic-style wholegrain rolls

Ingrédients :

  • 6 Multigrain seedeed wheat rolls
  • 6 slices of smoked trout
  • 250g of cream cheese
  • 200g of baby spinach
  • 1 lemon

Préparation

Bake the rolls

Bake the rolls by following the instructions on the package and leave them to cool.

2/ Prepare the filling:

Juice the lemon.
Cut the rolls in half and spread one of the sides with the cream cheese. Place a slice of trout on top.

The finishing touch:

Sprinkle on a teaspoon of lemon juice and add the spinach.
Close the sandwich and enjoy!
