Spelt toast with sausage and apples

Ingrédients :

  • 1 Biofournil Spelt Loaf
  • 4 Chipolatas
  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Teaspoons of honey

Préparation

To begin:

Cook the chipolatas a pan, then cut them into small pieces.
Peel the apples and dice them. Place them in the pan, add butter and cool for a few minutes.

Before baking:

When the apples and sausage are cooked, pour in the honey and mix well.
Cut the spelt loaf into thick slices and place everything on the bread. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes.

It's ready!

Serve two slices per person.
