Peel the potatoes, slice them thinly and sauté them with butter in a pan. A sliced onion, the the lardons.
2/ Make the slice!
Generously butter each slice. Place the slices of potato on the bread, then the ham and onion mixture.
3/ Finish it!
Cover the slices with the Reblochon cheese. (Important ! Don't cut off the crust: it stops the cheese from overflowing in the oven.)
Finish cooking in the oven for around 10 minutes. It's ready! Bon appétit!
